Dr. Nashville started with one idea: Nashville-style hot fried chicken doesn't exist properly in Mallawi — so we built it ourselves. Every piece is brined, hand-breaded and fried to order, then finished the way it should be: loud, crisp, and dripping with flavor.
Alongside our chicken, our Smash bar takes the same obsession into beef — thin-smashed, hard-seared patties stacked with melted cheese and house sauces. No freezers full of shortcuts. Just fire, fat, and technique.
